Collaboration

Strategy is a conversation. So is the tool.

Invite the people who actually make the call. Everyone works in the same thread, against the same evidence, and the answer stays where the team can find it.

Should we raise the Launch tier before the renewal cycle?

Kabelo is asking something now

2 replies in a thread
  • Shared by default

Every conversation is visible to the company unless you restrict it to named people. The answer one person got is not trapped in their history.

  • Threads, not interruptions

Disagree with a paragraph and open a thread on it. It is a full conversation of its own, with its own question and its own answer, next to the one it came from.

  • You can see who is asking

A colleague mid-question shows up live rather than as a failed send. Nobody types the same question twice because they could not tell it was already running.

  • One record, not four recollections

Decisions, the reasoning behind them and every change to the profile are logged where the whole team reads them, not in the notes app of whoever was in the room.

Connections

Connected to the systems you already use

Straticum answers from measurement rather than recollection, which means reading the systems your business already runs on. You connect the ones you want, choose what each may see, and every answer says which source a figure came from.

  • Google Analytics

Reads sessions, traffic sources and conversions from GA4, so acquisition figures come from measurement rather than estimate.

  • Google Search Console

Reads search queries, clicks, impressions and positions from Search Console, so how the company is found on Google comes from measurement rather than guesswork.

  • Google Docs

Reads the documents in a Drive folder you choose, such as strategy memos, board updates and research, so answers can draw on what the company has already written down.

  • RevenueCat

Reads subscription revenue, churn and cohort retention from RevenueCat, so the numbers behind a subscription business come from the billing system itself.

  • Zendesk

Reads support tickets from Zendesk, so what customers are actually complaining about comes from their own words rather than recollection.

Read-only, always

Every connector requests read access and nothing more. Straticum cannot create, change or delete anything in a system you connect, including your Google account.

You choose what is read

After connecting, you pick the exact Analytics property or Drive folder Straticum may read. Nothing outside your selection is opened, and until you choose, nothing is read at all.

Revocable at any time

Disconnecting removes the credential and revokes the grant at the provider, so access ends rather than merely being forgotten.

Straticum’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

The work a strategy function does, without the strategy function.

Ask the real question

Put the question the way you would to a colleague: “Should we raise prices?”, “Is this market worth entering?” The right analysis is chosen and applied for you; the frameworks are shown afterwards as evidence, never as homework.

Grounded in your business, not a template

Describe the business once and every answer starts from there. The metric set follows your business model, the markets are the ones you actually operate in, and competitors are tracked instead of rebuilt each quarter.

Capabilities

Everything a strategy question needs, in one place

  • Ask in plain language

Put the question the way you would to a colleague. The right analysis is chosen and applied for you. You never pick a framework off a menu.

  • Markets you actually operate in

Size, growth, competition and regulation for every country on your list, with the economic data attached rather than summarised away.

  • Your numbers, not a template

The metric set follows your business model. An asset manager, an agency and a subscription product each see the numbers that mean something to them.

  • Competitors, tracked

Who moved, what they shipped, what it changes about your position, kept current instead of rebuilt from scratch each quarter.

  • Decisions that stay on the record

What you decided, what you believed at the time, and what happened next. The log is what makes the next decision better than the last.

  • Evidence, on demand

Every answer can show its work: the frameworks applied and the data behind them, revealed after the conclusion, never in place of it.

Pricing

A fraction of one consulting invoice.

Every plan includes the full product: the frameworks, the connectors, the decision log. The tiers are about how many businesses and how many people, not which features you are allowed.

FAQ

Questions

What is Straticum?

Straticum is an AI assistant that helps your business grow. You ask the questions you would put to a Chief Strategy Officer, about pricing, a new market, a competitor or where growth is coming from, and it answers using your own business data alongside market and economic evidence.

Do I need to know strategy frameworks to use it?

No. Choosing and applying the framework is the part Straticum does. The analysis runs behind the scenes and the frameworks are shown afterwards as evidence for the conclusion, so you can check the reasoning without having to drive it.

What does it need to know about my company?

A name, an industry, your company size and the countries you operate in is enough to start. Point it at your website and most of the rest is read from there: what you sell, who you sell to, who you compete with, all offered back for you to correct.

Does it work for a business that is not a startup?

Yes. The metric set follows your business model rather than assuming venture-funded software, so an agency, an asset manager, a retailer and a subscription product each see numbers that mean something in their business.

What happens to my data?

Your company data is scoped to your workspace and used to answer your questions. Connectors to outside systems are off until you enable them, one tool at a time, and credentials are stored by reference rather than in the connector record.

What does Straticum access in my Google account?

Only what you connect, and only to read. Google Analytics is requested as read-only and used to report traffic, acquisition and conversion for the GA4 property you select. Google Search Console is requested as read-only and used to report search queries, clicks, impressions and positions for the site you select. Google Docs is requested as read-only Drive access and used to read documents inside the Drive folder you select, so answers can draw on what your company has already written down. Straticum never creates, changes or deletes anything in your Google account, never reads outside the property, site or folder you choose, and never uses your Google data to train models or shows it to anyone outside your workspace. Disconnecting revokes the grant at Google.

Ask the question you have been sitting on

Describe the business once, then put the real question to it. The first answer takes minutes, not a workshop.
